Fresh off a dreamy trip to Paris, we’re excited to share a few favorite recipes from La Cuisine Paris — and you're invited!

Grab your best girlfriends, pop some bubbly, and join us for a night of French nibbles, laughter, and a little culinary magic.

First up: Gougères (aka fancy Cheese Puffs!). We’ll tackle the legendary Pâte à Choux dough — it sounds fancy, but don’t worry, I’ll show you a few tricks to master it. Soon, you’ll be rolling out cream puffs and profiteroles like a pro. These cheesy bites are perfect for cocktails — plus, they freeze beautifully if you want to impress on demand!

Next, we’re taking the Croque Monsieur and giving it an appetizer twist. Picture melty cheese, savory ham, a hint of nutmeg, creamy sauce, and a zing of Dijon mustard... cut into cute little wedges that’ll disappear fast. (Trust me, your guests will beg for more.)

Herb Provence Madeleines, a quintessential French treat ! In the heat of summer in the south of France, hillsides bloom abundantly with an array of herbs.  Herbes de Provence typically includes rosemary, fennel, oregano and mint.  These mini hor d’ouevre size madeleines have a delicate aroma and subtle taste in every bite.
