Spring has officially sprung, and we're celebrating with one of the season’s brightest stars: asparagus! Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking class where we’ll turn this humble veggie into three fresh, fabulous dishes that scream springtime magic.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
Springy Asparagus Salad
Crisp asparagus, sweet peas, and peppery radishes tossed in a zesty lemon-olive oil vinaigrette — light, bright, and perfect for patio dining!
Flatbread with White Bean Purée & Asparagus Ribbons
This one’s a showstopper! Creamy white bean spread, elegant asparagus ribbons, and a few surprise toppings make this flatbread perfect for lunch or as a party-worthy appetizer.
Asparagus Soufflé
Don’t be intimidated — we’re demystifying the soufflé! Light, fluffy, and packed with flavor, this gorgeous green dish will become your new go-to for impressing guests (or just treating yourself!).
