Welcome to the delightful world of crepes! In this class, you'll learn the art of making these thin, delicate pancakes that originate from France. In this demonstration & hands-on cooking experience, Meme will guide you through the process of making the perfect crepe batter and achieving the ideal texture for your crepes.

Once you have masstered your crepes , you'll learn how to make : 

  • Crespella with Ricotta & Marinara - Lush, ricotta filled crepes with a smooth, tasty fresh marinara sauce , baked in the oven.  A light, make-ahead holiday crepe. 
  • Christmas Crepes- These crepes will make your season a little merrier and a little sweeter.   Filled with lucious orange cream filling and a cranberry sauce, it is perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert!

Whether you’re looking to impress at brunch or elevate dessert, this class will give you the skills and confidence to craft beautiful crepes at home.
