Garlic Olive Oil
This olive oil was made by sending garlic with the olives through the mill.
It is great tossed with pasta, on salads, as a sandwich spread, for bread dipping and in marinades.
This flavor is much more intense than garlic infused olive oil whose flavor is added after the pressing process.
