Join Amanda Paa, creator of Heartbeet Kitchen and seasoned sourdough baker + recipe developer, for a fun, 2-hour beginner sourdough workshop. Amanda has taught hundreds of students how to bake with confidence! She’ll share the techniques she's refined over the years, guiding you through step-by-step in learning how to feed, store, and maintain a naturally fermented starter.
Then she'll show you each step of making sourdough bread, with dough at different stages so you can visualize exactly how it should go, including stretch + folds, shaping, and scoring. And of course, a loaf will be baked and enjoyed by the class!
Plus, each participant receives their very own organic sourdough starter, lovingly cared for her for over eight years, with roots dating back to 1990s Australia. You’ll leave with practical skills, insider tips, and a lifelong starter to start your own sourdough journey at home.
Class size is limited to 10 for best experience.
