Bundt Cakes are very popular.  Learn tips and tricks as we prepare, bake and glaze several types of bundt cakes in class. As a group we will bake and decorate a 6" Pumpkin bundt cake and a 6" Chocolate bundt cake for each student to take home.  Diana will demonstrate a few more classic cakes for the class to sample.

Class Details:

  • Ages 13 thru adult

  • Duration: 2 hours

  • Demonstration and participation

  • Includes: All ingredients, cooking tools, and recipes..

  Participants will take home a 6" Pumpkin bundt cake and a 6" Chocolate bundt cake, just in time for Thanksgiving or freeze for a  ready to eat holiday desert

With years of experience in teaching both beginners and seasoned enthusiasts, Diana brings her expertise to a variety of classes that range from basic baking techniques to advanced cake artistry.
