Roasted Tomato Tart with Ricotta & Pesto Learn how to create a flaky pastry tart layered with creamy ricotta, fresh basil pesto, and slow-roasted tomatoes. We’ll cover techniques for working with pastry, balancing flavors, and achieving that perfect golden finish. A versatile dish that’s equally at home as a light main course or a stunning appetizer to share.

Tomato Jam - Good tomatoes and balance are crucial to this divine tomato jam.  We need that sugar for the kind of gooey, sticky quality we associate with jam...we need acid to counterbalance the sugar and lime is the best.  And you'll love the spices and all your friends will wonder what they are.  Enjoy on a crostini with a dab of goat cheese or add it to your grilled cheese!

Summer Caprese Salad..This classic summer dish doesn't get any simpler or more delicious. We have added a summer peach to the heirloom tomatoes for the prettiest salad and creamy mozzarella for the best-tasting one.  Add the beautiful summer basil and a dreamy dressing!

Fresh Tomato Spice Cake – Learn how ripe tomatoes add incredible moisture and depth to this warmly spiced cake, finished with a rich cream cheese frosting. A surprising and delicious way to showcase garden flavors!
