The concentrated burnt sugar flavor has hints of vanilla and cream. It's perfect to drizzle over angel food cake, use in a fruit salad (apple & pear) or drizzle on roasted pears.
Can be paired with any non-flavored Evoo or use as a dessert balsamic.
