Join instructor Goy Laoraowiroj for a hands-on journey into the vibrant world of Thai street food! In this flavorful class, you’ll learn to make three beloved Thai favorites:

Goy shares her love for Thai cooking through approachable techniques and authentic ingredients, drawing from family traditions and her Thai heritage. Whether you're new to Thai cuisine or looking to deepen your skills, this class promises fun, flavor, and inspiration.

1.Salmon fillets served with a rich, creamy, and spicy coconut-based red curry sauce. You will learn to adjust the flavor profile using fish sauce (salt/umami), palm sugar (sweetness) and aromatic Thai Basil or kaffir leaves to achieve the authentic Thai dish.  Serve with Jasmine rice.
2. Spicy Sesame Green Beans: A quick, addictive side dish featuring crisp-tender green beans tossed in a fiery kick of chili, savory soy, oyster sauce and the rich, toasted flavor of sesame oil and seeds. 
3. "Tub Tim Krop" is a refreshing Thai dessert known as "crispy rubies," made from crunchy water chestnuts coated in a chewy tapioca layer and served in sweet, chilled coconut milk and topped with ice cream.
