Goy shares her love for Thai cooking through approachable techniques and authentic ingredients, drawing from family traditions and her Thai heritage. Whether you're new to Thai cuisine or looking to deepen your skills, this class promises fun, flavor, and inspiration.

A classic Grilled Beef Salad with Thai Spicy Dressing (Yum Nua) combines thinly sliced, perfectly grilled beef with crisp vegetables and a vibrant, tangy, and spicy dressing. You'll learn how to make the dressing with harmony of lime, fish sauce, chili, and herbs.  
2. Stir-Fried Chicken with Thai Basil - "Pad Kra Pao": Ground chicken sauteed with fresh Thai chilies, crushed garlic, Thai basil, served with Jasmine rice topped with a crispy fried egg. You learn the high-heat wok technique for an authentic Thai meal you can recreate at home.
3. "Tub Tim Krop" is a refreshing Thai dessert known as "crispy rubies," made from crunchy water chestnuts coated in a chewy tapioca layer and served in sweet, chilled coconut milk and topped with ice cream.
