Our Chef's Blend extra virgin olive oil continues to be a single origin olive oil. Our current blend is grown and produced in California. This new harvest is a blend of Spanish and Italian Varietals (Manzanillo, Frantoio, Pendolino, and Leccino olives). It maintains a well balanced taste profile of fruitness, bitterness, and pungency. It is fresh tasting and pleasing to the palate finishing with a lingering peppery sensation. Great as an all purpose olive oil in any kitchen.
