One Pot Miss Mary’s Sassy Chili

An original family recipe - formerly kept secret but we had to share! Of course we want you to win that Chili Cook-off! 

Begin:

  • 1 lbs chuck cubed beef roast (do not drain)
  • Simmer in ¼ c. juice from jar of jalapenos and save ¼ to add for later as needed
  • 5 oz. diced sweet onions
  • 1 lbs hot spicy sausage
  • Simmer all that sweet hot meat until thoroughly cooked!

Add to pot:

  • 7 oz. Mild diced chilis
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic 
  • 16 oz. Mild chili beans
  • 16 oz. Pinto beans
  • 16 oz. Black beans
  • 10 oz. Rotel diced green chilis and tomatoes
  • 1 ½ oz. Sliced jalapenos from jar 
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. Franks Red Hot
  • 1 Bottle Miss Mary’s Thick and Savory Bloody Mary Mix 

Simmer all spicy goodness!

Finish by stirring in:

  • 8oz. Sour Cream
  • 4oz. Shredded Mexican Jack Cheese
