You’ll learn the basics—from feeding your starter to mixing, shaping, and baking a beautiful loaf—plus tips and tricks to confidently continue your sourdough journey at home.

We’ll celebrate World Bread Day by breaking bread together, enjoying fresh-baked sourdough with olive oils, salts, and Kelly’s irresistible homemade whipped garlic-herb butter.

This class is designed to be interactive, approachable, and fun—whether you’re brand new or have tried (and struggled with!) sourdough before.

Each participant will leave with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to begin their own sourdough journey including your own starter!
