Calling all young chefs! 

Join us at Grand Fête on June 13, 2026, from 10am -12pm for a fun and delicious cooking class designed just for kids ages 8–12! In this hands-on experience, participants will learn how to make a classic Quiche Lorraine from scratch—mixing, whisking, and baking their way to a tasty masterpiece.  Each child will take  home their own hand made quiche 

It’s the perfect opportunity to build kitchen confidence, learn new skills, and have a great time with fellow budding cooks. Spots are limited, so be sure to save yours!

About the Instructor :

Evy Johnson has dedicated more than 37 years to teaching French and Spanish in private schools, sharing her passion for language and culture with generations of students. She currently teaches at Mounds Park Academy in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she also coaches soccer and track and field. Beyond the classroom, Evy leads international trips to Québec, Canada and across Europe, giving students firsthand cultural experiences.

Deeply influenced by her French heritage—her mother is French and her uncle was a chef in France—Evy brings an authentic touch to everything she does. Cooking has always been central to her life, and for over 20 years she has taught French cooking classes, passing down treasured family recipes and traditions to her students.
