Anthony competed with 780 contestants in the International Pizza Expo and earned global recognition by securing the 5th place overall award and took 1st in the Northwestern Division in Las Vegas, April 2026  He will go on to compete in Naples Italy in June 2026. 

What You Will Learn:

  • Introduction to New York-Style Dough – Understanding ingredients and the science behind fermentation. The essential ingredients and their roles.

  • Hands-On Dough Making – Mixing, kneading, and prepping the dough for fermentation. Fermentation and proofing tips to develop flavor and elasticity.

  • Shaping & Stretching Techniques – Stretching and shaping the dough without tearing.

  • Baking & Tasting – Assemble and bake your pizzas with classic toppings.

  • Learn how to achieve that signature crispy-yet-foldable crust in a home oven with expert tips for baking, including choosing the right tools.

  • Participants will take home a pizza of their making as well as the recipe to recreate their own at home.
