Spring is in full swing, and we’re kicking off our seasonal series with a celebration of fresh, vibrant asparagus! In this hands-on class, you’ll explore classic techniques and bright flavors as we create three elegant yet approachable dishes perfect for spring entertaining.

This class is part 1 of the Asparagus class series on June 9th and June 16th—register for both sessions and receive a $20 gift certificate to use in-store at any time.  $20 Gift Certificate will be issued after the June 16th class.

Asparagus & Dijonnaise Gougères
Learn to make traditional French savory choux pastry—light, airy, and irresistibly cheesy—enhanced with spring asparagus and served with a rich, creamy dijonnaise. A standout appetizer that’s sure to become a seasonal favorite.

Oeufs Cocotte with Asparagus
This classic French baked egg dish is simple, elegant, and endlessly versatile. With tender asparagus and a luscious texture, it’s perfect for brunch, a light starter, or a cozy breakfast.

Lemony Orzo with Asparagus & Garlic Breadcrumbs
A bright and satisfying dish featuring lemony orzo, fresh asparagus, herbs, and Parmesan, finished with crispy garlic breadcrumbs for the perfect crunch. A delicious side for spring and summer meals—especially alongside the grill.

Class size is limited to 10 to ensure a relaxed, hands-on experience.
