Bonjour, little chefs! Whisk,flip and ooh là là! Grand Fete is offering a delightful French cooking adventure designed just for little chefs.
In this hands-on class, children will discover the sweet story behind crêpes before rolling up their sleeves to create their very own delicious masterpieces. From learning a bit of French food history to crafting (and tasting!) their own crêpes, this fun-filled experience is the perfect recipe for creativity, learning basic cooking skills and fun in the kitchen.

About the Instructor :
Evy Johnson has dedicated more than 37 years to teaching French and Spanish in private schools, sharing her passion for language and culture with generations of students. She currently teaches at Mounds Park Academy in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she also coaches soccer and track and field. Beyond the classroom, Evy leads international trips to Québec, Canada and across Europe, giving students firsthand cultural experiences.
Deeply influenced by her French heritage—her mother is French and her uncle was a chef in France—Evy brings an authentic touch to everything she does. Cooking has always been central to her life, and for over 20 years she has taught French cooking classes, passing down treasured family recipes and traditions to her students.
