8/29 - Young Chefs Knife Skills, French Onion Soup

Saturday, August 29th,  10-12PM

Instructor : Madame Johnson

Calling all young chefs ages 6–12! Join us for a fun, hands-on Knife Skills cooking class where kids will build confidence using one of the most important tools in the kitchen—the chef's knife!

Students will learn proper knife safety, grip, and slicing techniques as they master the art of cutting onions. Along the way, they will also be introduced to basic cooking skills, including stovetop techniques, caramelizing, and building flavor. Then they'll put their new skills to work by creating classic French Onion Soup from scratch, from slowly caramelizing onions to adding the signature toasted bread and bubbly melted cheese.

Each young chef will enjoy a bowl of their delicious soup in class and take another home in their very own French Onion Soup bowl—a $15 value—to share with family and friends!

Spots are limited to 8- come stir, simmer, and savor with us !
