Fresh Spring Rolls:  Make classic shrimp spring rolls from scratch! 

Vietnamese Larb (Spring Herb Salad) – Learn how to craft this light and zesty minced meat salad, bursting with the brightness of fresh spring herbs like mint, cilantro, and Thai basil.

Green Apple Salad with Thai Spicy Dressing:  a refreshing crunch and healthy appetizer with green apple, bell peppers.  You'll learn the essential art of the "big four" flavors- spicy, sour, salty and sweet.
