We all adore soup!  Easy to prepare yet satisfying...forgiving if we make an error...they don't break the bank...they are comforting...and endlessly versatile.

Chicken Wild Rice Soup...we are lucky  to live in the part of the country know for its land of lakes, loons and the "caviar" of grains wild rice.   This edible seed is not a rice , rather an aquatic grain-like seed, nutty in flavor and valued for its high protein and low fat composition.   Our soup will highlight this wonderful grain.  It will be one of your all-time favorite soups.

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Sage Cream...there is no end to the popularity of a squash soup...and their versatility...This version will roast the golden butternut squash to intensify its flavor, then simmered in broth and pureed...And finally, a creme fraiche that has been infused with sage. A beautiful fall soup, we know you'll love!

Rustic Apricot Tart...The perfect ending to our Soup Night is this Rustic Apricot Tart... we'll create a freeform rustic tart, add a sweet almond paste and top with freah apricots that have been tossed with lemon and sugar.  You can enjoy the tart warm or at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
